The Brief

Renowned London-based luxury homeware designer, Nina Campbell, came to us to help build their paid social media account from scratch, and to manage their account strategy moving forward. They also needed us to take over their weekly emails to their subscribers.

Nina Campbell’s goals included increasing their revenue online, increasing engagement on the website via paid ads, and increasing sign-ups to their email database.

The Solution

  • The team started by going back to the drawing board and creating a brand strategy
  • We created bespoke audiences, starting with UK-wide but then narrowed to a radius around the bricks-and-mortar shop, which helped by increasing sales in their top performing city of London
  • Created bespoke assets and ad-copy tailored to Nina Campbell’s unique products
  • Consistently monitored the top-performing and top-selling products to push these further on social media
  • We created unique Christmas and entertainment campaigns in December – in line with competitors – to capture traffic they were missing out on
  • Produced two mailers per week, showcasing a mix of products or furniture in stock in the shop to help drive foot traffic too

Our Results

  • January (2022) email campaigns generated their highest revenue from this channel to date
  • Received record sign-ups to email newsletter in the past seven months
  • Saw increased sales in shop – customers were going into the physical store saying they have been inspired to visit by Instagram ads
  • Increase in revenue across the online store as a whole
