The Brief

The Sock Butler, an online monthly sock subscription service, knew that a huge part of their target market was on social media platforms, but they didn’t know how to tap into this audience.

Their main goals were to increase new subscriptions through paid social media, and to boost brand awareness by increasing their Facebook page followers. They also needed some technical issues fixing; revenue wasn’t being tracked at all in Facebook or Google Analytics. Finally, they required someone experienced to manage their social media accounts full time, and undertake daily optimisations in the account – their accounts weren’t looked after properly in the past.

  • Created custom audiences along the funnel, targeting people who have interests to current subscribers
  • Built a Facebook ‘like’ campaign to run for three months
